These terms govern your use of gridteamai.com and the GridteamAI Quarterly Sector Reports, their Crib Sheets and Currency Addenda, and any other products or services we publish or sell. By using the site or buying a product, you accept these terms. Plain UK English. No fine-print games.

1. Who we are

"GridteamAI", "we", "us" or "our" means the operator of this site, based in the United Kingdom. Contact: book@gridteamai.com.

"You" means the person or organisation visiting the site, subscribing to the Weekly Grid Briefing, buying a report, or engaging us for a Custom Intelligence Report or Strategic Advisory Retainer.

2. Who can use the site and our products

Anyone over 18 can browse the site, read the free Insights, subscribe to the Weekly Grid Briefing, and purchase a report. We do not target consumers — our intended audience is UK & Ireland infrastructure professionals, directors, investors and policymakers.

You confirm, when you create an account or buy a product, that you have the authority to do so on behalf of your organisation (if buying on behalf of one).

3. Your account and your information

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (login, password) confidential. Tell us at book@gridteamai.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We will assist you in good faith.

We process your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. Products and pricing

We publish the following products:

All prices are in pounds sterling. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions are honoured at their original price until the renewal date.

5. Payment and refunds

• Payment is taken at the point of purchase via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Currency Addenda are published each quarter and supplied for as long as your subscription runs; a single-volume purchase includes every addendum published for that volume up to the date of purchase.
• Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel via your account dashboard or by emailing book@gridteamai.com.
• Reports and subscriptions: non-refundable once access has been granted. Our reports are downloadable intellectual property — once you have access to the content, the value has been delivered.
• Custom Intelligence Reports: non-refundable once work has begun. We confirm scope and price in writing before work starts.
• Strategic Advisory Retainer: refundable on a pro-rata basis if you cancel before the month is complete and no work has been delivered against that month. If you believe the work delivered is inadequate against the agreed brief, raise it within 14 days of delivery and we will either rework the deliverable or refund the affected portion.

If you have a genuine dispute about an order, email book@gridteamai.com and we will deal with it fairly.

6. Intellectual property

All GridteamAI reports, Crib Sheets, Currency Addenda, insights, glossary entries, charts, SVGs, text and design elements are the intellectual property of GridteamAI. We retain all rights.

Your licence as a buyer:

• Single report: one named reader within one organisation may read, store and refer to the report. You may quote up to 200 words in your own work with attribution ("Source: GridteamAI, [Report Title], [year]").
• Annual subscription: same single-reader licence, applied to every report in the subscription period.
• You may NOT redistribute, resell, share access credentials, post the report publicly, or use the content to train any AI system.

Open Government Licence material reproduced in our reports is attributed to the originating UK government source per OGL v3.0. We do not claim rights over that material.

7. What our reports are — and what they are not

GridteamAI Quarterly Sector Reports, Crib Sheets, Currency Addenda and Custom Intelligence Reports are analytical publications. They are not:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Legal advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or company
• A regulatory filing
• A substitute for your own due diligence

Forward-dated reports carry a forward-looking outlook disclaimer. Named cohorts, dated milestones and commercial scenarios in those reports are conditional analytical positions, not predictions of outcome. Editorial independence applies; commercial decisions should reference primary sources.

You are responsible for the decisions you take on the basis of our work.

8. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Use the site or our products in any way that breaks UK law
• Attempt to bypass the paywall, scrape content at scale, or share access credentials
• Use our content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI model — yours or a third party's
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute our content
• Use our brand, name, or content in a way that suggests we endorse you (we don't endorse anyone)
• Use the site to send spam, malware, or any content that infringes third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any breach.

9. Liability

We take care to be accurate. Our work is reviewed by a named consultant line-by-line and every cited figure is traced to its primary source. We make no warranty that the reports are error-free, and we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of them.

To the extent permitted by law:

• Our liability for any single claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses (e.g. loss of profit, loss of opportunity)
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law

10. Termination

You can cancel a subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing book@gridteamai.com. Refunds follow the policy in section 5.

We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. We will tell you why. If we terminate for cause, no refund is due. If we terminate without cause (e.g. we cease trading), we will refund any pro-rata unused portion of an annual subscription.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our products or practices change. Material changes will be notified to active subscribers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
