Who it's for — Developers & operators

Every competing project.
One map.

You know your own pipeline to the day. It's everyone else's that shapes your consenting risk, your grid queue, your supply chain and your offtake.

We track all 1,066 live projects — every stage, every milestone, every source. So the landscape you're developing into sits on one screen instead of forty websites.

01 · The risk you don’t control

Your project doesn't fail alone.

Grid queues, planning authorities, ports, turbines, trades — every constraint is shared with the projects around you. The ones you're not watching set your timeline as surely as the ones you are.

The picture is scattered by design.

Planning portals, NSIP registers, TSO queues, developer announcements — each tells you one project at a time. Nobody publishes the whole board. Assembling it yourself is a full-time job that resets every month.

Timing is the whole game.

Enter a sector as it heats and the supply chain is booked; enter as policy firms and you're early to the queue. Reading that cycle wrong is measured in years, not weeks.

03 · Monday to Friday

Monday: the briefing notes a consent decision in your sector. Tuesday: the map shows every project sharing your grid supply point and where each sits. Wednesday: the records show which competitors reach procurement before you — and what that does to the supply chain you're both counting on. Thursday: your development committee paper cites verified figures, sourced and dated. Friday: the sequencing decision is made on the whole board, not your corner of it.

That rhythm is the product. The map is free to start it today →

04 · Development questions, answered straight
We already track our competitors — what's different?

You track the ones you know. The map holds all 1,066, across 27 sectors, refreshed on a published cycle — including the adjacent sectors that compete with you for grid, land and trades. It's the peripheral vision that's hard to maintain in-house.

Is this consultant-grade data?

Every figure carries its source and verification date — take it into a committee paper as it stands. What we don't do is pretend: forecasts are labelled as projections, and figures nobody publishes are marked as such. How we verify →

Does it cover Ireland?

Yes — the map and boards span the UK and Ireland, with the Ireland report series landing volume by volume inside the subscription.

Can our whole team use it?

One named reader is £995. Teams of ten £2,495; whole-company domain licences from £4,995 — no seat management.
