The Story
£475bn

of live build-out is on the board right now, across 27 sectors of the UK and Ireland. The largest programme of works in generations.

12+ months

is the head start the direction gives. Tender pipelines publish a year ahead; the settlements and consents behind them run years further out.

42 sources

is where it's written. Thousands of pages a year. Multinationals hire policy teams to read them. Growing businesses were never meant to be able to.

01 · The problem, plainly

The build-out of a generation is underway, and the UK and Ireland have published exactly where it's going. That should be the great leveller: the information is public, so anyone can act on it.

It isn't. The direction is buried across regulatory settlements, statutory targets, planning registers and forward pipelines — written for specialists, scattered across 42 sources, updated on no single schedule.

The advantage goes to whoever can afford to read it all. Until now, that meant the biggest firms in the country.

02 · The mission

So we built the reading operation — and published it.

GridteamAI reads all 42 sources on a schedule, verifies every figure against its primary source, and puts the answer where any business can act on it: one map, four boards, sixty-four reports, one Monday briefing. The intelligence a multinational buys a policy team for, at £995 a year.

03 · How it's made

Every figure on this site passed across a desk before it reached you. AI does what AI is for — scanning thousands of pages, structuring them, flagging what changed.

Then a senior consultant reads every deliverable line by line before it leaves the office. We publish which AI tools we use and never pretend we built them; we publish our sources and never publish without one.

AI intelligence, human specialist touch.

And one rule above all of it: editorial independence is absolute. Commercial relationships never influence a published position, promotional content is labelled as such, and our prices are on the page — including this one's: everything we publish, £995 a year.

Today

The cycle runs.

Every month the harvest re-reads the sources, re-verifies the figures, re-scores the sectors; the report series renews on its quarterly cycle — and the record grows. The drumbeat at the top of this site is live output, not a brochure claim: 1,066 live projects · £475bn of build-out, tracked. 🫡
